COLLECT UNITED: 23/24 – EUROPEAN COLLECTION CHALLENGE PRIZE DRAW

THE PRIZE DRAW

1. Manchester United Football Club Limited (“MU”) (whose registered office is Old Trafford, Sir Matt Busby Way, Manchester M16 0RA) is the promoter of the Collect United: 23/24 – European Collection Challenge prize draw (the “European Collection Prize Draw”).

2. By entering the European Collection Prize Draw entrants:

(i) agree to be bound by these terms and conditions (“Conditions”);

(ii) agree to be bound by the Trilitech Platform OÜ terms and conditions set out at https://collectibles.manutd.com/policies/terms; and

(iii) confirm that all information submitted is true, accurate and complete.

3. MU reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any and all entrants and may, in its sole discretion, disqualify any entrant that fails to satisfy the eligibility requirements. Entrants shall at all times act in good faith towards MU and the European Collection Prize Draw.

PRIZE

4. Subject to paragraphs 5 through 8 inclusive the prize will consist of one Manchester United 2023/24 season training shirt signed by members of Manchester United’s men’s first team (the “Prize”).

5. Any details as to the style or size of the Prize will be at MU’s absolute discretion.

6. MU gives no guarantee that the Prize will be signed by any particular Manchester United player. MU will not enter into any correspondence as to which Manchester United player(s) sign(s) the Prize.

7. MU reserves the right to substitute the Prize with another of a similar nature at any time.

8. The Prize is non-transferable and there is no cash alternative.

ENTRY

9. The European Collection Prize Draw is open to entrants aged 18 years or over at the date of entry.

10. The European Collection Prize Draw is not open to anyone in any territory which is subject to trade sanctions or other restrictions which would render fulfilment of the Prize in such a territory unlawful. 

11. Entry into the European Collection Prize Draw is free and on the basis of one entry per person. A person may enter with a maximum of one digital wallet, and multiple entries are not permitted by one person.

12. Employees of MU or any of its associated companies or subsidiaries (and their families) are excluded from entering the European Collection Prize Draw.

13. In order to enter the European Collection Prize Draw and to be considered for the Prize, you must:

(i) redeem and then hold each and every digital collectible of ‘European Competition’ variety (for both Manchester United’s men’s and women’s teams) from MU’s ‘Collect United: 23/24’ collection (a complete set being an “Eligible Token Set”, and each digital collectible within the Eligible Token Set being an “Eligible Token”), both at the point in time you enter the European Collection Prize Draw in accordance with paragraph 13(ii) of these Conditions and at the Closing Date; and

(ii) by the Closing Date (as defined in paragraph 14), visit https://collectibles.manutd.com and verify the contents of your digital wallet against the criteria required for the Eligible Token Set. Provided that your wallet is verified as meeting these Conditions, you shall be prompted with an opportunity to provide your email address. Once you have submitted your email address where prompted, you shall be entered into the European Collection Prize Draw. 

14. The European Collection Prize Draw will close at 23:59pm BST on the official final day of the 2023/24 English football season (currently scheduled to be 30th June 2024 but subject to change should the 2023/24 season end be postponed for any reason) (the "Closing Date"), and any entries received after the Closing Date will not be entered into the European Collection Prize Draw. The European Collection Prize Draw will take place as soon as reasonably practicable following the Closing Date. 

WINNER

15. There will be ten (10) winners of the European Collection Prize Draw. The winners will be the first 10 different people selected at random from all valid entries received on or before the Closing Date (each a “Winner” and together the “Winners”). Each Winner will receive the Prize.

16. Only the Winners will receive notification from MU. The Winners will be notified by email as soon as practicable after the Closing Date. MU will contact the Winners to make arrangements for the Prize to be received via post.

17. MU will make reasonable efforts to contact the Winners after the Closing Date to make arrangements for receipt of the Prize. If a Winner does not claim their Prize within 14 days of MU making contact with that Winner or if that Winner is unable or unwilling to accept the Prize, or if that Winner does not meet the eligibility requirements, subsequent draws will take place until a new winner is found who is able, willing and eligible to accept the Prize.

PUBLICITY

18. Each Winner will be required to give their consent to that Winner’s name and county to be disclosed to any person requesting that MU confirms the identity of the Winners, and for promotional purposes. A Winner may raise any concerns regarding this paragraph with MU.

19. Subject to paragraph 18 above, details of each respective Winner’s surname and county will be made available to the public upon request from Manchester United Football Club Limited, Sir Matt Busby Way, Old Trafford, Manchester M16 0RA two weeks after the Closing Date (subject to data protection legislation).

GENERAL

20. MU reserves the right to cancel or amend the European Collection Prize Draw or these Conditions without notice when reasonably necessary for the purpose of administering the European Collection Prize Draw. 

21. The European Collection Prize Draw, together with these Conditions, is governed by the laws of England and Wales and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

5. Except as otherwise expressly set out above in these Conditions, any ancillary costs and expenses that are not included as part of the Prize (such as subsistence, travel to and from the United Kingdom (if applicable) and to and from Trafford Training Complex, any personal expenses, accommodation costs and/or travel insurance or such other insurance as the Winners and/or their respective guests may require) will not be provided by MU and must be borne by the Winners and their respective guests.

6. If a Winner is required to travel to the UK to redeem their Prize, they will be responsible for: (i) ensuring that they and their guest hold valid passports, any necessary visas and any travel documents; and (ii) ensuring compliance with any requirements set by the UK Government regarding travel and/or entry into the UK.

7. Each Winner and their respective guest will be required to comply with any policies, procedures, terms, conditions, instructions, codes of conduct and reasonable requirements of MU which are in place at the Trafford Training Complex.

8. MU reserves the right to substitute the Prize with another of a similar nature at any time.

Provided that your wallet is verified as meeting these Conditions, you shall be prompted with an opportunity to provide your email address. PRIZE

4. Subject to paragraphs 5 through 11 inclusive the prize will consist of one pair of matchday hospitality tickets (one for the Winner and one for their guest) to a Manchester United men’s first team home game at Old Trafford Stadium (the “Prize”).

5. The Prize includes complimentary food and drink.

6. The choice of fixture and hospitality suite shall be chosen by MU, at MU’s absolute discretion, and subject to availability.

7. Except as otherwise expressly set out above in these Conditions, any ancillary costs and expenses that are not included as part of the Prize (such as subsistence, travel to and from the United Kingdom (if applicable) and to and from Old Trafford Stadium, any personal expenses, accommodation costs and/or travel insurance or such other insurance as the Winners and/or their respective guests may require) will not be provided by MU and must be borne by the Winners and their respective guests.
