These Players Collection: Bruno Fernandes Reward Terms Reward Terms supplement and are part of the terms of use of this website (the “Site Terms”). Any terms defined in the Site Terms shall have the same meaning in these Reward Terms. The provisions of the Reward Terms, including but not limited to disclaimers, limitations of liability, and dispute resolution mechanisms, shall apply to these Reward Terms and govern your pursuit of the Rewards set out in these Reward Terms from time to time. These Reward Terms were most recently updated on 19th February 2024.

Players Collection: Bruno Fernandes Reward

1. Claim the Players Collection: Bruno Fernandes Reward: To claim the Players Collection: Bruno Fernandes Reward (as defined under the heading “Players Collection: Bruno Fernandes Reward”), you need to complete a set of Players Collection: Bruno Fernandes Transactions with your Tezos Wallet in the manner specified in these Reward Terms under the heading “Players Collection: Bruno Fernandes Transactions”. If you successfully complete the Players Collection: Bruno Fernandes Transactions, you will become eligible to claim the Players Collection: Bruno Fernandes Reward.
2. Players Collection: Bruno Fernandes Reward:
   1. If you are an individual of at least 18 years of age who is acting in a private and personal capacity and not as agent for, or on the instruction of, another party, and you have successfully completed the Players Collection: Bruno Fernandes Transactions, you will be entitled to claim a Bruno Fernandes reward Token (the “Players Collection: Bruno Fernandes Reward”).
   2. To receive the Players Collection: Bruno Fernandes Reward in your Tezos Wallet you should ensure that you have provided us with accurate information and that you comply with the claim procedures set out at the Site.
   3. The claim to the Players Collection: Bruno Fernandes Reward is not transferable.
   4. We do not offer any cash or other alternative to the Players Collection: Bruno Fernandes Reward.
   5. You can only claim the Players Collection: Bruno Fernandes Reward once per successful completion of the Players Collection: Bruno Fernandes Transactions with your Tezos Wallet.
   6. We accept no responsibility or liability for any losses or damages you may incur as a result of your failure to provide accurate information or to comply with the claim procedures at the Site.
3. Players Collection: Bruno Fernandes Transactions: To claim the Players Collection: Bruno Fernandes Reward, you must hold with your Tezos Wallet all 10 different types of Tokens in the Players Collection: Bruno Fernandes collection (the “Players Collection: Bruno Fernandes Transactions”). You must complete the Players Collection: Bruno Fernandes Transactions with a single Tezos Wallet before the 26th of March, 23:59 GMT.
4. Verification: We shall determine in our sole and absolute discretion whether you are an eligible claimant and have a valid claim to a Players Collection: Bruno Fernandes Reward. We will use such verification methods as we may deem appropriate from time to time.
5. Claiming Process for the Players Collection: Bruno Fernandes Reward: You must claim your Players Collection: Bruno Fernandes Reward in accordance with the procedures set out on the Site. You must also authorise us to send the Players Collection: Bruno Fernandes Reward to your Tezos Wallet. It is your responsibility to comply with the claim procedures and if you fail to comply, you will not receive the Players Collection: Bruno Fernandes Reward in your Tezos Wallet.
6. Taxes: You are solely responsible to pay any and all taxes, duties, and assessments levied on you now or later claimed or imposed by any governmental authority associated with the claiming, holding, or subsequent transfer of the Players Collection: Bruno Fernandes Reward.
7. No warranty: We make no warranties or guarantees, whether express or implied regarding the Players Collection: Bruno Fernandes Reward. The Players Collection: Bruno Fernandes Reward shall be provided by us, but we may involve third parties in relation to the fulfilment of the Players Collection: Bruno Fernandes Reward.
8. Modifications and Termination. We reserve the right at any time to vary these Reward Terms, or to terminate the Players Collection: Bruno Fernandes Reward, in our sole and absolute discretion, including, for the avoidance of doubt, to alter, expand, reduce, or replace any of the Players Collection: Bruno Fernandes Reward Terms and/or the Players Collection: Bruno Fernandes Reward. We will make reasonable efforts to communicate any such variations.

1. Claim the Players Collection: Bruno Fernandes Special Reward: To claim the Players Collection: Bruno Fernandes Special Reward (as defined under the heading “Bruno Fernandes Special Reward”), you need to complete a set of Players Collection: Bruno Fernandes Special Reward Transactions with your Tezos Wallet in the manner specified in these Reward Terms under the heading “Players Collection: Bruno Fernandes Special Reward Transactions”. If you successfully complete the Players Collection: Bruno Fernandes Special Reward Transactions, you will become eligible to claim the Players Collection: Bruno Fernandes Special Reward.
2. Players Collection: Bruno Fernandes Special Reward:
   1. If you are an individual of at least 18 years of age who is acting in a private and personal capacity and not as agent for, or on the instruction of, another party, and you have successfully completed the Players Collection: Bruno Fernandes Special Reward Transactions, you will be entitled to claim a physical poster signed by Bruno Fernandes of 50 available (the “Players Collection: Bruno Fernandes Special Reward”).
   2. To receive the Players Collection: Bruno Fernandes Special Reward, you should ensure that you have provided us with accurate information and that you comply with the claim procedures set out at the Site.
   3. The claim to the Players Collection: Bruno Fernandes Special Reward is not transferable.
   4. We do not offer any cash or other alternative to the Players Collection: Bruno Fernandes Special Reward.
   5. We reserve the right to substitute the Players Collection: Bruno Fernandes Special Reward with others of similar nature at any time.
   6. You can only claim the Players Collection: Bruno Fernandes Special Reward once per successful completion of the Players Collection: Bruno Fernandes Special Reward Transactions with your Tezos Wallet.
   7. We accept no responsibility or liability for any losses or damages you may incur as a result of your failure to provide accurate information or to comply with the claim procedures set out at the Site.
   8. The style and size of the Players Collection: Bruno Fernandes Special Reward shall be at our absolute discretion. We shall cover reasonable, standard postage and packaging costs globally for the Players Collection: Bruno Fernandes Special Reward. We shall not cover any customs duty or other import tax payable for the postage of the Players Collection: Bruno Fernandes Special Reward.

Players Collection: Bruno Fernandes Special Reward Transactions: To claim the Players Collection: Bruno Fernandes Reward, you must hold with your Tezos Wallet one Bruno Fernandes Special Token (the “Players Collection: Bruno Fernandes Special Transactions”). You must complete the Players Collection: Bruno Fernandes Special Reward Transactions with a single Tezos Wallet by 26th of March, 23:59 GMT.

You must respond to the Notification Email and arrange for delivery of your Players Collection: Bruno Fernandes Special Reward within the Notification Deadline. If you do not successfully arrange for delivery within the Notification Deadline you will lose your claim to the Players Collection: Bruno Fernandes Special Reward. “Notification Deadline” means the period terminating 1 month after the date the Notification Email was sent
